Store subscription cancellation steps

Even if you delete the app or withdraw from the service, your subscription will not be canceled.

Please follow the steps for each store to cancel your subscription.

For iOS users

  1. Open the "Settings" app
  2. Tap your name at the top
  3. Tap "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Trecord"
  5. Tap "Cancel Subscription"

For Android users

  1. Open the "Google Play Store" app
  2. Tap the profile icon in the top right
  3. Tap "Payments & subscriptions" → "Subscriptions"
  4. Select "Trecord"
  5. Tap "Cancel subscription"

Important Notes

  • After canceling, you can continue to use premium features until the end of the current billing period
  • Deleting the app alone does not cancel the subscription. Be sure to cancel using the steps above
  • You can re-subscribe after canceling
