Privacy Policy

rarzyu (hereinafter referred to as "the Administrator") hereby establishes this Privacy Policy (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") regarding the handling of Users' personal information in the application "Trecord" (hereinafter referred to as "the Service") provided by the Administrator.
Article 1: Definitions
"Personal Information" in this Policy refers to "Personal Information" as defined in the Act on the Protection of Personal Information (hereinafter referred to as "the Personal Information Protection Act"), and terms such as "Personal Data" and "Retained Personal Data" shall also be defined in accordance with said Act.
Article 2: Information We Collect
The Service may collect and use the following information:
- Information provided by Users:
- Email address and password at the time of account registration
- Training data recorded within the Service (exercises, weight, reps, notes, etc.)
- Physical data (body weight, etc.)
- Contact information provided when making inquiries
- Automatically collected information:
- Device information (model, OS version, etc.)
- Advertising identifiers (IDFA on iOS, Google Advertising ID on Android)
- Log information (operation logs of the Service, crash reports, etc.)
This information may include advertising identifiers and log information used for displaying advertisements based on Users' interests and for analyzing the usage of the Service.
Article 3: Purpose of Use
Collected information is used for the following purposes:
- To provide, maintain, protect, and improve the Service
- To verify and authenticate the identity of Users
- To provide data backup and restoration functions
- To respond to inquiries and provide guidance related to the Service
- To respond to violations of the Terms of Use
- For advertising display by advertising distribution providers and confirmation of advertising performance
- To analyze usage of the Service, improve features, and develop new features
The Administrator shall use collected personal information within the scope necessary to achieve the purposes of use set forth in each of the preceding items, and shall not use it beyond that scope. If the purpose of use is changed, the details shall be published within the Service or on other platforms.
Article 4: Provision to Third Parties
- The Administrator shall not provide personal information to third parties without the prior consent of Users, except in the following cases:
- When required by law
- When necessary for the protection of the life, body, or property of an individual and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- When particularly necessary for improving public health or promoting the sound development of children and it is difficult to obtain the consent of the individual
- When it is necessary to cooperate with a national government organ, local government, or an entity entrusted by them in performing duties prescribed by law, and obtaining the consent of the individual would impede the performance of said duties
- In operating the Service, the Administrator may outsource all or part of operations such as server management, data analysis, advertising distribution, and failure analysis to third parties, and may provide personal data within the scope necessary for such outsourcing. In this case, the Administrator shall provide appropriate supervision of the outsourcee in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
- Cloud service providers used by the Administrator (e.g., Amazon Web Services, Google LLC, etc.) may be located in foreign countries. In such cases, please refer to the privacy policies published by each provider for information on the personal information protection systems of those countries.
Article 5: Information Collection Modules
The Service uses information collection modules provided by the following third-party companies for advertising distribution and usage analysis. These modules may automatically collect User information. Please refer to the privacy policies of each company below for information on collected data, purposes of use, and provision to third parties.
- Google AdMob / Google Analytics for Firebase

- Purpose: Advertising distribution, app usage analysis

- How Google uses information from sites or apps that use our services
Article 6: Data Storage and Security
Data collected by the Service is stored on highly reliable cloud servers such as AWS (Amazon Web Services).
The Administrator takes necessary and appropriate measures to prevent leakage, loss, or damage of information and to ensure other security management.
Article 7: Account Deletion
Users may delete their account and stored data at any time from the settings screen (the "Withdrawal" menu) within the Service.
After the withdrawal process is completed, data on the servers will be promptly deleted or processed into a form that cannot identify individuals, except for operationally necessary backups.
Data stored as backups will also be sequentially deleted after a certain retention period.
Article 8: Disclosure of Retained Personal Data
- Users may make the following requests regarding their retained personal data held by the Administrator, based on the Personal Information Protection Act:
- Notification of purpose of use and disclosure (including records of provision to third parties)
- Correction, addition, or deletion of content
- Suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties
- An administrative fee of 1,000 yen (excluding tax) per request will be charged for disclosure of personal information and notification of purpose of use. The fee is determined based on actual costs, and details of payment methods will be provided at the time of request. In principle, no fee is charged for requests for correction, addition, deletion, suspension of use, erasure, or suspension of provision to third parties.
- The Administrator shall respond in writing or by email without delay after verifying the identity of the User upon receiving the request described in the preceding paragraph, in accordance with the Personal Information Protection Act and other applicable laws.
- If the Administrator is permitted by the Personal Information Protection Act or other laws not to respond to all or part of a disclosure request, the Administrator may decline the disclosure with reasons.
Article 9: Changes to Privacy Policy
The Administrator may change this Policy as necessary.
If this Policy is changed, Users will be notified through posting within the Service or on the website operated by the Administrator.
